The Glory of God Is Hovering Over Italy
“The heavens proclaim the glory of God. The skies display his craftsmanship. Day after day they continue to speak; night after night they make him known.”
Psalms 19:1-2 NLT
A few weeks prior to our departure during worship I saw a vision of us already there, walking the terrain of Italy. We were oozing waves of clear oil. With every step we left a permanent oil stain on the ground.
I see glory already dispensed from Heaven hovering over the atmosphere of Italy. As we go we carry our personal dispensations of glory to share and spread.
“He asked me, “Have you been watching, son of man?” Then he led me back along the riverbank. When I returned, I was surprised by the sight of many trees growing on both sides of the river.”
Ezekiel 47:6-7 NLT
“…many trees growing on both sides of the river.”
Beginning our descent into London, the first stop of our voyage, the Lord gave me this understanding saying: “imagine packing your suitcase for this trip with the understanding that you would only pack half of what you need. The other half is already there in Italy.”
I discerned what can only be described as a “clash of glories”. In other words, we carry our dispensation of glory with us but will also bring the new home. Leave with the expectation of pouring out and receiving.
Upon arrival came the realization that we had traveled forward in time by 7 hours and as I prayed for loved ones I was really speaking into their literal future. I was able to pray into their days before they started!
During the first few days of our adventure there was much warfare specifically over my perspective. The question “how will you choose to see this?”, came to mind.
The post which follows this will detail the Lord’s perfect orchestration of our steps.
