Blessings And Breakthrough In Babylon June 21, 2022 | No Comments Blessings And Breakthrough in BabylonHere are a few “prophetic points” from the month of JuneI saw a vision of Lazarus wrapped up in the burial shroud. It was stained green but the fabric new so it felt tight around my arms. I could feel the push of the struggle as he wiggled to break free from the bonds of death that tethered him to the grave. He had to hear the voice of the Lord and start moving in order to come out!1. America is in fear. Many are paralyzed by the lie of the grave clothes. This is not the time to submit to death. This is not the time to agree with the darkness. Hear the voice of the Lord and gain His Kingdom power to push back and break out of the lie.“Then the Lord rained brimstone and fire on Sodom and Gomorrah, from the Lord out of the heavens. So He overthrew those cities, all the plain, all the inhabitants of the cities, and what grew on the ground. But his wife looked back behind him, and she became a pillar of salt.”Genesis 19:24-26 NKJV2. Judgement and blessing are being poured out together. Don’t be like Lots wife! She was moving toward deliverance, the path to provision and safety, but she took her eyes of the path of glory and turned instead to gaze upon the judgement that was falling. She lost her place in the destiny! The Kingdom of God is coming. Keep your eyes on the glory! You will move in the direction in which you are looking!“So you see that speaking in tongues is a sign, not for believers, but for unbelievers. Prophecy, however, is for the benefit of believers, not unbelievers. But if all of you are prophesying, and unbelievers or people who don’t understand these things come into your meeting, they will be convicted of sin and judged by what you say. As they listen, their secret thoughts will be exposed, and they will fall to their knees and worship God, declaring, “God is truly here among you.” 1 Corinthians 14:22, 24-25 NLT3. Prophecy is a sign and a wonder! Prophets and prophetic voices are no longer blending into the obscurity of the background of church life. They are stepping forward and speaking the words of the Lord adding oil to the incense fire in the House of God.“Early the next morning the army of Judah went out into the wilderness of Tekoa. On the way Jehoshaphat stopped and said, “Listen to me, all you people of Judah and Jerusalem! Believe in the Lord your God, and you will be able to stand firm. Believe in his prophets, and you will succeed.” 2 Chronicles 20:20 NLT4. Jehoshaphat faced the end of his civilization. He stopped in the midst of the terror threatening his people and turned to God for help. He made the choice to listen, believe and act on the words of the prophets.“King Jehoshaphat and his men went out to gather the plunder. They found vast amounts of equipment, clothing, and other valuables—more than they could carry. There was so much plunder that it took them three days just to collect it all! On the fourth day they gathered in the Valley of Blessing, which got its name that day because the people praised and thanked the Lord there. It is still called the Valley of Blessing today.” 2 Chronicles 20:25-26 NLT5. I see great wealth and opportunities coming to God’s people along the path of this battle. The word of the Lord is “unparalleled prosperity”. We are navigating through some bumpy, painful terrains but each time we pass through learning to depend on God and lean on Him more than ever before we uncover blessings along the way. As you turn to Him, the masterful hand of your Heavenly Father will capitalize on the momentum of the wave of intensity in the level of resistance you are facing and use it to fuel your breakthrough. He will use the power of the enemy to push you into purpose and promise! You will find yourself standing in impossible places of destiny that until this point in history many believers left this earth still hoping to see!“When Jezebel, the queen mother, heard that Jehu had come to Jezreel, she painted her eyelids and fixed her hair and sat at a window. When Jehu entered the gate of the palace, she shouted at him, “Have you come in peace, you murderer? You’re just like Zimri, who murdered his master!” Jehu looked up and saw her at the window and shouted, “Who is on my side?” And two or three eunuchs looked out at him. “Throw her down!” Jehu yelled. So they threw her out the window, and her blood spattered against the wall and on the horses. And Jehu trampled her body under his horses’ hooves.”2 Kings 9:30-33 NLT6. Jezebel painted her eyes. This is not about wearing makeup, it’s the intention of the heart. Like the rebel she was she was disobeying God by imitating the practices of Egypt outlining her eyes as they did so they would appear big and intimidating. Then she believed she could not be moved from security of her position, but it did not save her from Gods judgement when it came.“And Sennacherib’s officers further mocked the Lord God and his servant Hezekiah, heaping insult upon insult. The king also sent letters scorning the Lord, the God of Israel. He wrote, “Just as the gods of all the other nations failed to rescue their people from my power, so the God of Hezekiah will also fail.” The Assyrian officials who brought the letters shouted this in Hebrew to the people gathered on the walls of the city, trying to terrify them so it would be easier to capture the city. These officers talked about the God of Jerusalem as though he were one of the pagan gods, made by human hands. And the Lord sent an angel who destroyed the Assyrian army with all its commanders and officers. So Sennacherib was forced to return home in disgrace to his own land. And when he entered the temple of his god, some of his own sons killed him there with a sword. That is how the Lord rescued Hezekiah and the people of Jerusalem from King Sennacherib of Assyria and from all the others who threatened them. So there was peace throughout the land.”2 Chronicles 32:16-19, 21-22 NLT7. The enemy’s taunts will soon be answered by God Himself.“The Lord brings the counsel of the nations to nothing; He makes the plans of the peoples of no effect.” Psalms 33:10 NKJV8. Almighty God can bring their plans and schemes to nothing. May they fall dead and never produce fruit.“For You have broken the yoke of his burden And the staff of his shoulder, The rod of his oppressor, As in the day of Midian.” Isaiah 9:4 NKJV9. The anointing of the Father is more powerful than the yolk of the enemy, more powerful by far. Don’t marvel at the brazen behaviors of the powers of darkness, seek the power of the Kingdom of Heaven instead.
