The Spirit And The Bride Say, “Come”, Surrender To The Glory
““I, Jesus, have sent my angel to give you this message for the churches. I am both the source of David and the heir to his throne. I am the bright morning star.” The Spirit and the bride say, “Come.” Let anyone who hears this say, “Come.” Let anyone who is thirsty come. Let anyone who desires drink freely from the water of life.”
Revelation 22:16-17 NLT
Beginning on Sunday morning at the point of breakthrough in our church service I began to discern a gentle but dynamic release of God’s Spirit. It was subtle at first but began to flood the room in such a way that it could not be ignored.
Listening to the Holy Spirit I was led to pray for a woman at the altar who God showed me had been battling extreme insecurity. Insecurity had locked her in a repeating pattern of a frustratingly average prayer life which was constantly taunted by an insatiable desire for more. Exposing it to her and explaining it is really false humility I then expressed: “this is not who we are called the be, the Kingdom of God needs you now!” She was ready to let go. She released the evil spirit and immediately I felt the power of God enter and strengthen her. The exchange was so gentle and yet she left church powerfully transformed radiant in the glory of God.
The gentleness of that interaction has invaded and overlaid the spiritual environment of this week. Continually each day and throughout the day echoes a tender yet compelling call of Jesus to “come”. The best response is to surrender to His glory in worship. Simply surrender. As you enter His gates then go into His courts much is revealed. Your future has been meticulously planned all leading up to this moment! This is a critical time in your personal spiritual development. Your response is consequential to the reformation revival that is forming in our nation right now.
Can you perceive this tender drawing? Will you make time to respond? Are you willing to surrender?
Thank you. Deliverance is the call of the days we are in. The Spirit is calling us to come into a deeper relationship with him.
I love your stories. Thank you for sharing your joy with us all.
